Can I speed up very delayed FBI back ground checking? chanhl2007-08-02 23:32:04

My I-485 was apprived in 2004, and my priority date was Feb 2004. But the FBI background checking has been lasted for more than one year. Is it possible I can speed up this process? I heard that some people get Greed card approved very quickly after they file law suit against INS. But lots of people say it is impossoble.

So is there a way to speed up this process? I live in NYC area, does any one know some lawyers who can do this?
