Hey,

I did e-file, I-140 and then send overnight mailing to TSC of P.O.Box 852135, mesquite 75185 (140 + 485), and the website of USPS showed today:

We attempted to deliver your item at 11:22 AM on August 3, 2007 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made.

Obviously the address is correct, can anybody help with this situation? why nobody picked up the mail?
