I have an EB2 priority date 03/2006. Submitted 485 this July. Looks like it will be another serveral years for the GC to go through. My Cananda immigration visa gonna expired soon. I run out of my patient to wait for US GC. Just too much to stay in the employment jail any longer. If I can get the social security and medicare money back. That will be good. I know US will not give me my money back. But that it is my money. Isn't it? Over 100 grand. How sad!!!!
