Yesterday, i received one unexpected letter from IRS. IRS wanted to send me Earned Income Credit because of my low salary and new born baby. I am just afraid to take it coz i heard someone said it would affect GreenCard application. is it true? Does anyone here happen to know this situation? any suggestion will be highly appreciated
