I-485 USPS 寄给了NSC的PO box 地址，上网去tracking发现未投递成功，"a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, we will hold it for five business days and then it will be returned to the sender."
问：是不是因为没有Waive signature的原因？会不会放5天再被退回来？

没人碰到过？

他们送到的时间正好错过了移民局pick up,过一个工作日就好了

应该已pick up, 只是忘了scan, 或者scan后没传给usps
