I want to apply for J waive. Both US State Application form and China Embassy application form require the original I-94 number for J1 visa. However I lost the original I-94 card while I changed my status to F1 in Mexico. And I don't have any copy of it. Too bad! What can I do? Anybody has kind of experiece or advices?
