I transfered from J1 to H1 in US and I plan to back China to see my family.
Anyboby has the same experiemce and got the visa for re-enter? please share with me the experiemce, thanks.
I don't have any old H1 stamp on my passport--just J1 stamp, do I have to China to get the stamp for re-enter? Or I can try 3rd country application for the stamp?
If I go back China for the stamp, will the visa officer be not happy with my history of J1 to H1?
Is it true that H1 can't be refused by reason of immigration intention?
