请教小白兔及各位高人两个advance parole (I-131)填表的问题 GCsick2007-08-11 20:04:52

(1) 在递交AP 申请时, 除了copy of I-485 receipt notice (I-797C) (注: 我的I-485 在pending中), copy of passport, 两张照片以外, 要不要再附其它材料?

(2) 是否必须写一页说明指出申请者是合格的? 因为在I-131表第三页最上端有两行
字要求写一段文字解释怎样有资格申请AP (原文: On a separate sheet(s) of paper, please explain how you qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered.). 不知应该怎么写?
