Will AP affect H-1B status and H-1B transfer? GCQ12007-08-12 08:14:48

Hi Experts,

My company is asking me to travel to Asia for 2 weeks. I am current on H-1B and have valid AP. I have 2 questions regarding using AP and H-1B,

1. If I use AP to come back, can I keep my H-1B status in the same company?
2. If I use AP to come back, later can I transfer H-1B to another company?
