Sincerely 请教, HIB approved, but be laid-off. NEED Transfer the H1B
We came from China in 2002.

In this February, my wife was enlisted as a math teacher in a public school. Now her H1B has been approved. However, the school laid off 7 teachers in May and would only call back several of them in the coming September. The school explained that it is a routine in that poor and remote school district. (One of the top 50 poorest counties in America). The newest employee has the least chance to be called back.

This summer, my wife went to find jobs in a nearby city claimed to be the 19th most dangerous city in USA. She got 3 offers. However, just now, her lawyer told her she can’t work anymore and has refused to help the H1B transfer.

What can she do now?!?!

Thank you very much!!! My dear folks!
