485 pending期间, 加拿大登陆的问题 wenxuelover2007-08-13 18:59:11

文学城，华人所有版面都作了功课，没找到明确答案，所以再发贴询问，我想
类似情况的同学应该不少，也许可以做个普遍性的问答。请知道答案的同学和好心人回答一下，先谢过！

情况：485 pending，如果已拿到receipt，AP仍待批。持有H1/H4 status， 但无H类
visa.现在9月必须landing 加拿大（以前办的，万没想到和485递交同时出现，不想放弃枫叶卡。）

问题：
1〉开车入加拿大短期停留<30天，不去美国使馆签证，回美国有没有风险？

2〉听说开车出美国边境不会有记录（即不收I-94），那么回美国时会有记录/收I-94吗？

3〉如果会留下新的入美国边境的纪录，对pending的I-485和AP究竟有何不良影响？？（问了自己律师：称AP批准前，理论上不能出境。）这样做会不会使485申请作废？

不想去使馆签证H visa,怕被check/rejected, 多谢！
