Just filed 485 through my company, and my hu*****and filed his through his employer. But my company seems unstable which means may have re-org by next March, so considering to file another 485 before 08/17 as dependent through my hu*****and company, since after 08/17 may not be able to file AOS for a while, i have already an A number after my I-140 and thinking to use that number in this AOS filing as dependent. The lawyer at my hu*****and's company told that if filed the second AOS I need to withdraw one in next six months.
Does anyone have suggestion as when I should withdraw if I will do so? And what will be the problems? Thanks for any inputs!
