Facts:
1. In late June, I filed I-539 for a change of status from H-4 to F-1. The case is still pending with USCIS.
2. This week I filed I-485 and I-765.
Questions:
1. If USCIS begins to work on my I-485 right after my I-539 has been approved and they notice that I have been granted F-1 status not long ago, will they deny my I-485?
2. According to the officials in our school, I have a record in SEVIS now while my I-539 is pending. Would a cancellation of my record in SEVIS result in a denial of my I-539 by USCIS? If that happens, I will still be on H4 and can go to school once I have my EAD.
