The facts:
1. PERM Approved on July 23, 2007
2. The attorney started to prepare for filing I-140, I-131, I-756 and I-485 since July 24, 2007 on.
3. They sent all the documents to the immigration office today August 15, 2007.
4. However, I was coordinating with the attorney to file I-140, I-131, I-756 and I-485 as soon as possible. The target date for filing them was August 6, 2007.
5. After August 6, 2007, I was approaching the attorney to get a new promise date for filing through phone calls for about three times between August 6, 2007 and August 10, 2007.
6. After that, the attorney lost her patience. She said to me that they would file I-140, I-131, I-756 and I-485 when it is needed. And she never provided with a new promise date until yesterday.
7. Last Friday, the attorney mailed the documents to me for signatures.
8. I received them last Saturday. After checking the docuements, I found that one of the documents was missing. Then I went down to her office early Monday morning. (one hour drive one way from her office to my office.)
9. Monday afternoon, I got an email from the attorney indicating that they forgot to ask me sign off another document.
10. Early Tuesday morning, I had to go down to her office again. The reason why they made the same mistakes for twice is because of my interruption per the conversation I had with the attorney Tuesday.
11. After meeting with the attorny Early Tuesday morning, the attorney said that they would file on Tuesday.
12. This morning I gave the attorney a call to confirm they filed yesterday. The attorney said that their copier died yesterday so they did not file yesterday and that they would file today.
13. 4:00pm this afternoon, I sent an email to ask for the tracking number if they sent the documents to the immigration office.
14. The attorny did reply and provided with a tracking number. Additionally, the attorney did also repsond with a nasty email to ask me not to contact her and the associated increase of the legal fees because of the contact.

The additional facts:
A. Starting from the end of last week on, she asked me not to contact her because contacting her would slow down the process of filing.
B. Each time I talked to the attorney through phone call, it was only a couple of minutes.
C. This attorney was hired by my employer.
D. I have not argued and/or fighted with the attorney so far.
E. However, I can not tolerate this attorney any more and I realy want to fire this attorney next week. After that, I would like to take care of the rest work by myself.

Help needed:

1. What else does the attorney need to do after filing?
2. Before I fire this attorney, what actions do I have to take to make a smooth transition?
3. After I fire this attorney, what do I have to do to bring myself up to speed?
