When you answer someone’s USPS地址问题, you said you got a PDF file for receive signature. Could you please let us know who signed it what's the address of the recipient?

When you do online Track & Confirm at USPS website, under Search Results, there are two Notification Options, (1) Track & Confirm by email, (2) Proof of Delivery. You can get a pdf file with signature profile via email by choosing the 2nd option.
Mine was signed by Michael SALCEDO, the address of the recipient is P.O. Box 851488 in the pdf file. But the I-485 filing address should be P.O. Box 851804.
I hope that Michael SALCEDO is a person who signs all mails for CIS TSC and then redistributes the mails to the correct mail box.
Anybody has any experience or thought?
