我是7月２日Filer, 我的H-1B 6/30/2007 expire, I submitted my renewal request on 5/29/07, however, at the time I filed my 485, i didn't receive the H-1B reciept notice..... So, on my 485 first page, I had no choice but put 6/30/2007 as experiation date... I explained the situation on my cover letter.... I am so concerned about it because I haven't receive 485 receipt yet..... so, my question is "Will USCIS reject my application because of this?" .... anyway, now is too late to refile..... :(
