My parents requested SSN when applying for immigration to US. They entered US at the beginning of August,2007.
My understanding is that they will automatically receive their SSN within 3 weeks of entering US. They still haven’t heard anything yet.
Would anyone like to share experience/advice? Whom should I contact if they don’t receive within 3 weeks? Contact info?
