Just read the new 140/485 concurrent filing processing news. It says the BCIS now processes these 2 at the same time versus 140 first in the past, but they only process those that have completed the finger print and name check. For those who filed concurrently but 140 has not been approved and have not got the FP so far, does this mean more and longer waiting time? Waiting forever. Does anyone get 140 approval without FP done?
