Hello Xiaobaibu, Radiology and other gurus:

I am currently on H1-B, expiring in Feb 2008, and my 485 was filed in July 07. I have a Maple Card.

I got a job interview invitation from a company in Canada today. Can I just travel to Canada with my H1-B and return, based on 30-day rule? or Do I need to have an advance parloe to come back?
