less than 6 months, same as greencard holder? or till AP expiration date?
I485 pending and holding AP. Plan to go back to BJ for about 8 months.

对于入境应该没有问题，但是如果是主申请人，如此长时间离境

不是主申请人，在美无工作。

一般2个月为上限比较安全。毕竟AP不等于绿卡呀。
