Can anyone having experience of requesting copy of 140 application form from TSC provide some info, such as how to request and which department to write to?
Due to my computer problem, I did not get a PDF version of my 140
application (the 140 form I filled) right after efiling. The USCIS efile
supporting group only emailed me the efiling receipt but did not include my 140 application form(due to secuity reason,they said). They suggested me to request a copy of my 140 application from my service center (TSC).
