如果我过去六年都住的是多伦多, 我可以去别的城市(比如ottawa)签吗? 要什么时候签才赶得上8月30号开学?
另外, 如果我过去六年都住在加拿大的话, 我怎么show "Proof of ties/residence to a country outside the U.S. which the applicant has no intentions of abandoning "?
