My wife submitted 140+485 in OPT. Before OPT finished, she got a new I-20 and started to study and work part-time.

We really like to have a baby. That's why she is thinking about stop working for a while, but we need to find out when USCIS will RFE her employment information and if paycheck is critical. I appreciate your advice very much!

If CIS require it with RFE,you have to give within 90 days

Still confused. CP doesn't require paycheck but a job offer
