Both my wife and I submitted the I-485 case to NSC on June 1st.
my ND was June 4th FP July 2nd.
Her case was rejected due to the lawyer forget to sign her 485 check. Then we submitted it again on June 17th.
Her ND is July 20th, and FP is Aug 20th.
I got LUD on July 3rd, July 5th, July 7th.
She got nothing in her case.
On Aug 17th, both of our case got LUD but no info change.(At that time my wife's finger print had not started yet).
On Aug 20th, she got LUD the same day when she finished her FP.
Just called NSC this afternoon ask them what's the status of my case, I think the lady who answer my call is not an IO. She told me seems my case LUD on Aug 17th was due to IO review. But she told me my NC is not cleared yet.
So what's the reason for the LUD on Aug 17th?
BTW, how would you know your call is answered by IO or not.
