My name check and background check had been finished 1 month ago, it was confirmed by the senator's office which I asked help from, yet my I485 case hasn't been touched since then (no update since 2nd finger print), The CIS said once there are visa numbers they would assign to me. ......I don't understand this, My PD is June 2005, NIW-EB2, and the visa bulletin showed my PD is within the available period, SO, what does it mean that no visa number to me?

Any suggestions? Feel really frustrated in waiting the card...
