FBI response to my FOIPA request:

To promptly respond to requests, we concentrate on identifying main files in the central records system at FBI headquarters, No records responsive to you FOIPA request were located by a search of the automated indices.

You may file an administrative apeal by writing to the director.

Who can tell me what does it mean. there is no record about me, why my name check still pending after a year.
