I am a Canadian citizen and my BF is a US citizen. For some reason I was screwed up at the boarder and therefore I filed K1 in June and have got the case number. I have to say we didn't do good homework because now I found K3 is faster and easier according to previous discussions, and the situation is also favored for K3 than for K1.
I just want to ask if we get married now in the States or in Canada, can we change our application to K3? Or is it OK to file a new K3 application? We have been long distance for a long time, and have got so tired from flying every couple of weeks during the weekends. I think I can still enter the States at this time, so is it a good idea that I just go there and stay? If so, shall I get much trouble?
