I filed the petition with the attorney's help in March, 6 letters total and 2 independent letters, none from my current boss. A few publications then and have a couple more accepted after filing. No citations as all publications are fairly recent. Below is the NIW-140 RFE received yesterday. It is from TSC officer #399. Xiaobaitu, fsa200 and worthit or other DXs, please help me interpret the letter. I understand that I would need more independent letters, other than that, what I should do? Can I use the acceptance letters of my new publications as evidence? Will a letter from my current boss help? My boss and I are not in the same research field at all. I am worried about the citation part too. Thank you all very much.
