We are planning to submit 485 application this month, I am holding H4 visa now, but I will be back to China in Dec.and need to stay in China for 2 months, my questions are:
1. If I don't apply for AP and if my hu*****and's 485 is approved during my staying in China(I know it will not that fast, but just in case), can I still use H4 visa to re-enter the U.S.?
2. Will my 485 application be stopped to process during my staying in China?
3. How long I can stay in China if I use AP? Is 2 months OK?
4. Which way I should use, I mean use H4 to be back to China or use AP is a bit better?
