大家好! 现有一紧急问题求教!
九月初我们搬了家. 向移民局更新地址时用了Online Update.结果迟迟没有收到更新地址的Notice. (往常一般一个星期左右就会收到)
今天收到Email:
Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Notice returned as undeliverable.
On September 14, 2007, the post office returned our last written notice on this case as undeliverable. This can have serious effects on the processing of this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update the mailing address so this notice can be re-sent.
着急之下,赶忙给移民局打电话. 被问到EAC#, 姓名, 生日, 电话, 地址,等等... 忽然发现匆忙之中把我和我太太的EAC#弄反了.(我们的#很接近). 赶紧问Officer怎么办. 她说已经输入系统,不能更改, 而且系统将来会提示出错信息,因为姓名和EAC#对不上. 并建议我去 LOCAL 办公室 INFOPASS 面谈改地址.
请问有其他大侠有过类似经验的, 应该如何处理? 先谢谢了!
