Todays I received receipt notices for 485 and 131, but I also received a fingerprint fee billing notice for 485. Its contradictory, on 485 receipt notice, stated amount received $395. And both checks of $325 and $70 were cashed (really regret shall have wriiten $395 on one check). called USCIS, the agent told me just send back copies of both notices for 485, and copies of checks front and back, and a note explaining that I have paid the $70.
The agent said I donot need to enclose a check of $70 in case, but I still have a little worry that would it affect my 485 pending (since on the billing notice saying that if within 87 days not sending the billing notice with new payment, will abandon 485)? The agent says will not, since in his system, it says everything is fine on my case, $395 was paid. But my online case status still says "fingerprint fee rejected notice sent, and case in suspense."
Shall I enclose a check of $70 in the letter to USCIS in case, even they actually already cased the fingerprint fee?
