The PD of my 1st labor is in 2004. And I have got an approved 140 based on my 1st labor card. Because I can't use it due to prewailing wage issue, I used other's labor card to file 2nd 140. I filed 2nd 140 together with my 485. The PD of 2nd labor card is in 2007. I heard I can keep the 1st PD if my 2nd 140 got approved. Now since I filed 2nd 140 together with my 485, what date my 485 will use? How can I transfer the date to my 485? Thank you very much!
