这个月十号的时候我叫人帮我打了个电话给customer service（因为一个月了还没有收到）
并把我的地址什么都跟他们说清楚了。她们回复是再过几天再寄一张。
可是又一周多了，我真的好无助。不知道怎么办才好，好心的朋友们我当如何是好？
律师能追到这封信吗?
