The rule is 'if one has been legally admitted for at least one year resident in the third country', then is eligible to send PR (immigration) application in this country. It's better coz in Beijing it would take 4 year waiting time, while here it's much shorter...
My question is, I've been here in EU for 7 years, however, my visa here is running out in some months, am I eligible to send my application in this country?
