I got an email notice from uscis that my ead was approved sept 20 (rd june 12 @nsc), but no any update on my wife's case. She filed as dependent, actually. Today, she went to infopass and was told very thing is ok, but did not issue an expedition request to INS, although asked to do so. as for name check, he told the background checks are clear for my wife's case. but could get mine because they need me in the infopass office personally. I'll be there next monday to check my nc status, anyway. Since my wife got a job offer and she needs the ead card to start work as early as possible. If the IO did not send the expedition, what should we do in order to get the card ASAP? thank you for your kindness and help.
