Hi dear friends,


please share your knowledge about parents' visa. Would the GC status help on parents' visa application ot not much? My case is a little tough since my parents were rejected two times, one in 98 one in 2001, partly because of my B1 to F1 transfer in mid-90s. I am now on EAD and 485 pending, my case should see an end within months.

Should my parents wait till my GC approved to try their B2 visa?
