2003/12 filed I-140/485
2004/7 Got I-140 approved
2004/12 First FP
2005/6 Start calling USCIS for case status and sending email to FBI asking for name check results with no answer.
2006/7 Wrote to Congressman and FBI. Congressman send case updates every 3 months. FBI replys saying no record found.
2007/4 Case transfered from VSC to TSC.
2007/5 Second FP
2007/8 Saw lots of case got approved in TSC from BBS and there were 300000 new 485 cases were filed between July and August, felt hopeless. Went to INFOPASS inquiry: Name check still pending since 2003/12. Started seeking legal assistant.Talked to lawyer and filed File WOM.
2007/9/11 Lawyer who filed my 485 got phone calls from TSC officer asking for REF
2007/9/13 Responded REF: employment confirmation.
2007/9/17 Got Card in production notice
2007/9/18 Got Approved notice. Lawyer who filed our WOM got copies of our approve notice and suggested withdraw the WOM case.
2007/9/24 30 days after we filed WOM, received the cards.

我这历时6年多的绿卡历程终于结束了.特别感谢帮我上诉WOM的律师.从开始和他联系到今天才一个月.TSC能给我的485律师打电话,并很快处理我的案件,和WOM分不开.因为最近似乎批485的帖比以前少了.
我是太忙又怕麻烦就找律师了.实在不想被新的485淹了.三十万份呀.我那NAME CHECK的案子不知道被FBI给扔到那个角落了.都说FIRST IN FIRST GET SERVED,我怎么就没看出来呢?那些处理时间表,都是给CONGRESS看的.于是就有了如我这样不幸的人.多数不幸的人还如我以前一样报着老实等待的态度.那USCIS可得意了,等着吧,五,六年有的是.每年交钱办EAD和AP,没有头.
还是花钱消灾吧,高高兴兴的该干啥不好.
要和这的朋友说再见了.从这的贴子得到很多经验.以前只潜水,如今也做些贡献.给那些等了2,3年NAME CHECK的朋友一些启事吧.除了WoM,没谁帮得了你.闲着没事就自己做WOM.据说可以提高民法的理解力和英语水平.我坚信大家都会胜利的.
