Discussion: What's the next step for those whose B2 extension wa winter072007-09-26 18:18:13

We got B2 extension rejection and I-94 expired. I sent my parents back and plan to have them reapply after 8 months (they stayed here 7 months). Not sure if this is a good/safe solution.

I heard someone in the same situation but had parents re-entered in only 3 weeks and got another 6 months. Do you think if this is good way? I doubt if this is a very bad record for the future visa application?
