I am a Canadian citizen and in April my US citizen fiance filed I-129F for my K1 visa. Because we didn't want to wait too long time for the pending case, we got married in July in the US. Then my hu*****and filed I-130 for my K3 visa in August. And in the I-130 form we indicated that we had a pending case I-129F. Now my K1 visa was approved. But the Consulate informed me that they cannot issue me the K1 visa because I'm married and not qualified for K1. We haven't received the receipt from USCIS for our I-130 yet. I just want to know in our case (previous I-129F approved), do we still need to file another I-129F for K3 visa? If so, when should we file it? Any other documents we need to submit?

Thanks.
