My new employer filed a H1b transfer for me and my green card was approved, before H1b transfer is approved. Unfortunately, VSC asks for RFE for H1B transfer (seems VSC does not know I got GC).
Q: If my H1b transfer is denied, will I have a month status gap (I worked for 1 month then GC approved)?

BTW, Ihave valid EAD but I never show it to new employer

suggestion: continue hidding you GC. Apply for PERM->140->485 ag

Just tell them your GC is approved and withdraw H1 transfer
