I used AP to enter USA in Jan. Pls-Help_2004-06-04 20:43:23

I used AP to enter USA in Jan. 10, 2004.
On my I-94, the stamp is "Paroled until Jan. 10, 2005.
My AP will expire by July 12, 2004. I am going to get new AP. But it takes about 3 months to get approved, sometime in September or October, I heard.
My question is: Can I use the current AP (expires July 12, 2004) to travel to China and come back to USA in August this year?
