AD receive date is Sep 30. 但是EAD申请在Sep 6 寄到 TSC boston22007-10-10 17:00:23

I mailed out my EAD application on Sep 5 and it was delivered on Sep 6 to
TSC. Check was cashed on Oct 2 and my receipt shows the receive date is Sep
30. Do I have to wait 90 days after Sep 30 to get my EAD???
