need to go to Canada to change US visa status (from F-1 to L-2), so plan to apply a Canadian Temp vistor visa in Jun'2004. But I have applied Candana PR in 2003, received 2nd letter from INS in May'2004.
will Canadian consulate refuse my visitor visa application because I have applied PR before? anyone has similar experience and any suggestions?
