Hello, everyone. I am a Chinese working in a large university in NYC. I filed I-140 and I-485 together one year ago. They are all pending. Unfortunately my H-1 Visa expired. Does anyone know that if I go back to China, I can use advanced patrol to get back to the U.S without any type of visa? Also, is it still possible to pay extra money to speed up the process on my I-140? Thank you.
