My case (I485) was transferred from Vermont to Texas on March 15, 2007. A few month ago, my lawyer called the Texas Service center for information on my case status. She was told that her call won't be assisted till the processing time published on their website reaches March 15, 2007. Does this mean that my priority date now is March 15, 2007 instead of March, 2005? and my case won't be touched till the processing time published on their website reaches March 15, 2007.
