Perm-based 140&485 concurrently filed in Aug and got an A# assigned.
In Sept. my EB1b 140 is approved and got another A# on the approval notice.

Now I'm planning to submit a new 485 based the approved EB1 140. Which A# should I use? My lawyer said I should use the A# from my EB1 140 approval notice. We'll cancel the other 485 later and its case would be gone.
Is it good?

You need to use the FIRST A number for your current 485 filing
