Hello XiaoBaitu, Radiology, Pjiang and other experts, can you please help me with this situation? I am paid 20% less than prevailing wage stated on EB2 LC filed in 12/03. Even after GC approval, employer won't raise my salary to that level. What will be consequences with lower actual salary after GC approval? Any solution to this besides transfer to another employer? Can it help to cut working time from 40 hours to 30 hours to maintain higher hour rate? Appreciate for any idea/suggestion.
