Hi, Guys, I am new to the immigration issue, please look at my case about H1B and labor certificate. Thanks in advance.
I get an offer recently. It is a small company and the boss do not want to hire a lawyer, so I have the following question?
1. is it difficult to apply for H1B by myself? can anybody provide a list of required documents and procedures or point out an online source?
2. That company has already got a labor certificate for me. Of course, they use another guy's name to apply for it and need to replace with my name. Is this doable?
3. Usually how much will it cost if I hire a lawyer to do 1) and 2) in NYC area?
