母亲 于 两周 前去世， 打算12 月 回 国，申请 emergency AP. My questions are:
1. Do I have to bring 死亡 证书 and the 死亡 证书 的公证? May I interprete it and show it to the officer? It is too 残忍 to have my relative to go to the goverment to prepare this kind of 公证。
2. How long can I stay in china with the emergency AP? How many times can I enter US with the emergence AP?
3. My I apply for emergence AP right now and use it about 1 and half a month later?
