Help with EAD--XiaoBaiTu, Pjiang and other Daxia WorkOnGC2007-10-22 21:13:59

Dear brothers and sisters,

My EAD renewal application (filed in July, will expire on Nov. 20) is rejected because my I-485 was approved (August 20). The problem is that I have not received the green card so far (I shall not take any action for my GC until Nov. 21th according to INS instruction). In the rejection letter, the INS ask me to go to the local office.

I am wondering what can the local office do? what document(s) should I bring if I visit a local office?

By the way, I am not employed for a few months.

You will get an I-551 stamp on your passport, as a LPR

make an appointment with infopass,bring your I-485
